                     Video games have been growing since the mid-1980s. If we see the evolution of video games drastically changed from simple two-dimensional games to realists. Many believe that video games are a useless form of entertainment that is in no way beneficial, therefore playing video games are waste of time.

                 Especially children spend too much time playing games which affect the physical activities, time spends doing homework and interacting with family and friends. Also, the increase of more screen space affects the eyes and health. On the other hand, video games allow parents and their kids to play together and can be used as a bonding activity. Children also build a friendship through playing games and involving multiple players encourage children to learn about teamwork. Online games are played internationally, which can introduce kids to players of different nationalities and expose them to many cultures.

                 Violent video games may affect teenagers to divert their aggression into the virtual world instead of the real one. This teenage is a complicated period and which could undergo a lot of changes in the body and mind.

                 Technology changed the playing of video games like stimulation video games, adventure games, smart games, strategy games, and now virtual reality games. The positive impact of these games includes an increase in memory, problem-solving skills, curiosity, and visual perception. Video games give more relaxation by detaching from professional and personal concerns, other side negative impact is increased aggressive behavior, addiction, ignoring social responsibilities and poor management skill, depolarization, and desensitization. If there are no limitations people ignore or do not prioritize responsibility over game time. There are both negative and positive depending on people’s type of video games playing.

                The argument that videos games consume more time and adding to this violent game affect more weight because parents can impose a time limit of how long games can be played and what type of game to choose to play.  

             In today’s world video games moving towards virtual reality, which experiences the real world. Technology is dominating video games which are communicating people’s experiences and connecting them. My takeout in this, video games are good for a limited time, and the type of games will change the thinking of people’s minds and behavior. There will be no surprise that games like the Olympics may play virtually in the future.
